It definitely depends on what your vehicle needs. For a maintenance detail we average about 2-3 hours. For a full detail without any type of polishing, we average about 4-6 hours. For the correction and coating jobs, we average about 10-12 hours of hands on work, even on a new vehicle. We've had a few details that have taken upwards of 20 hours. Really just depends on the needs and wants of our clients.
Yes we do. We work on all types of vehicles, please don't hesitate to give us a call or to send a text message!
A paint correction is the process of removing imperfections in the surface of the paint. These imperfections can be caused by water spots, bird droppings, bug etching, scratches from automated car washes and buffer holograms.
A ceramic coating is a chemical polymer that is applied to the exterior of a vehicle to protect it from any damage from natural elements. It is applied by hand then it chemically bonds to the paint creating a hydrophobic layer as well.
If your cars paint is lacking the shine it once had, it may need a correction. It will restore the paint to a like new condition or in many cases with us, a better than new finish. So, say goodbye to the scratches/swirls, etchings and oxidation it once had. It will truly transform the vehicles paint into a wet like look
We start off by washing the outside and door jambs thoroughly to ensure a clean surface before we start the second phase. Once this is done, we do a full paint decontamination which includes a clay bar and iron removal. After, we inspect the paint to see which compounds, polishes and pads we may need to start the correction process.
The biggest difference is how abrasive each service is. We typically use a compound during the correction stage which is capable of removing heavy swirl marks and deeper scratches. As for a polish, it is a lot less abrasive. It can be done on its own or after a compounding stage.
Ofcourse! We have actually had a few clients who come from surrounding cities to receive services.
